The registration fee includes participation in all sessions or public events, including the opening and closing ceremonies, coffee breaks, icebreaker cocktail and gala dinner. Note that a Red Book will be edited after the conference.
Participation in the training sessions is subject to a specific payment in addition to the conference fee.

**A proof is required to benefit from the student rate and to validate the registration. Please send a copy of your student card or attestation (friendwater2023@gmail.com). Without proof, the organisation can refuse access to the conference.
What is a convertible currency?
Non-convertible currency: Currency that cannot be legally converted into the currency of another country. Non-convertible currency refers to a currency that is not easily exchanged or traded on forex markets.
Convertible currency: Currency that can be freely converted into another currency.
Example: A convertible currency can be bought outside the territory of the country that uses it (e.g. dollar, euro, etc.). A non-convertible currency can only be purchased locally (e.g. FCFA, Indian rupee, peso, dong, etc.).
If you no longer wish or are unable to attend the 9th FRIEND-Water Global Conference, you may transfer your registration to another member of your organisation (same category of participants), provided you inform the conference organisation committee in advance.
If you wish to cancel your participation, the refund policy applies as follows:

!!! We wish to inform you that a new procedure has been implemented to facilitate international bank transfers for the purpose of settling registration fees. IBAN available upon request. !!! If you have encountered issues with previous transfers, we strongly encourage you to familiarize yourself with this new approach.
Your registration will only be validated once full payment has been received.
You can pay the registration fee in Euros by credit card (Visa or Eurocard / Mastercard) or by bank transfer. In case of payment by bank transfer, please make sure that the name of the participant is mentioned. Bank charges and fees related to the money transfer are at the participant's expense.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure that you finalise the registration process. When the registration is finalised you will automatically receive an invoice from Azur Colloque. If this was not the case, you must repeat the process using a different email address.
Registration fees are linked to your profile. The 9th FRIEND-Water Global Conference will not refund registration fees based on incorrect information in your profile.
