The UNESCO ICIREWARD International Centre has set up Water4Future (W4F). This programme is available in three formats: junior, high school and students.
The high school version is an international competition: the Water4Future High School Hackathon. In teams of 5 to 7, the students have 48 hours to set up an innovative, technical and social project in response to a theme linked to water issues.
Our mission is to raise awareness among the youngest students, to become future Water Ambassadors.
The Water4Future Students Hackathon returns on Thursday 15 and Friday 16 February 2024 for a 6th edition!

On 7 and 8 April 2022, nearly 200 high school students from Montpellier, Europe, Africa and Northern America met to think about innovative and sustainable projects on the theme "Water and Risks".
On 31 May 2022 took place the big finale. Following the pitches in front of the grand jury, we are proud to announce our winners and thank all the coaches and participants who took part in this rich experience.
